I specialize in globally-inspired whole-foods cooking and have published 300+ of my favorite plant-based recipes on my blog, The New Baguette. (Winner of IACP’s 2023 Food Blog of the Year award. Woo!)

I’m the author of Friendsgiving, co-author of The Complete Vegan Cookbook, and contributor to Danny Seo’s Naturally, Delicious as well as Joe Yonan’s forthcoming Mastering the Art of Plant-Based Cooking. Additionally, I write and photograph for The Kitchn, EatingWell, and Taste of Home. I’m honored to have had my work featured in outlets like HuffPost, Cherry Bombe, and BuzzFeed.

Other than sharing recipes, you can find me teaching food photography classes and collaborating with brands.

Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, I’ve lived in [mostly] Brooklyn, NY since I was nine.
