I specialize in globally-inspired plant-based cooking and have published 300+ of my favorite recipes on my site, The New Baguette. (Winner of IACP’s 2023 Food Blog of the Year award. Woo!)

I am the author of Friendsgiving, co-author of The Complete Vegan Cookbook, and contributor to Joe Yonan’s Mastering the Art of Plant-Based Cooking. Additionally, I have written and photographed for Simply Recipes, The Kitchn, and EatingWell. I’m honored to have had my expertise featured in outlets like HuffPost, The Strategist, and WSJ’s Buy Side.
