I specialize in globally-inspired whole-foods cooking and have published 300+ of my favorite plant-based recipes on my blog, The New Baguette. (Winner of IACP’s 2023 Food Blog of the Year award. Woo!)

I’m the author of Friendsgiving, co-author of The Complete Vegan Cookbook, and contributor to Joe Yonan’s Mastering the Art of Plant-Based Cooking. Additionally, I write and photograph for Simply Recipes, The Kitchn, and EatingWell. I’m honored to have had my work featured in outlets like HuffPost, Cherry Bombe, and BuzzFeed, and you can learn more about my story on the Sprung on Food podcast!

Other than sharing recipes, you can find me teaching food photography classes and collaborating with brands.

Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, I’ve lived [mostly] in Brooklyn, NY since I was nine.
